Counseling with Ashley
Ashley offers one-on-one counseling sessions through Riverstone Counseling Center, helping dancers process life experiences, develop coping skills, build confidence, and nurture mental and emotional well-being.

Counseling with Emily
Emily provides individual therapy through Brave Haven Counseling, creating a safe space for dancers to care for their mental well-being, develop coping strategies, and strengthen self-esteem.

Anxiety/Stress for Dancers Group
This weekly virtual and confidential group, led by Ashley, is designed for high school dancers to connect with others, share experiences, and learn effective tools for navigating life’s challenges. This group is held for 6 weeks in the summer.
